How do I start a mattress warranty claim?

Mattress defects don't happen often, but we're here to help when they do! Completing a warranty claim is simple through Bob Mills Furniture, but we need a little help from you first!

Below you can download a copy of our mattress claim form. It includes detailed instructions and requests a few photos so that the manufacturer can determine if there is a true defect. From there you can either mail it to our Solution Center at 3600 West Reno Ave. Oklahoma City, OK 73107 or scan it in and email support@bobmills.com
