Legends Furniture No Nonsense Consumer Warranty

If your product has a manufacturer's defect, contact the store where you purchased it and they'll be able to assist solving any problem you might be having. Our commitment is to quality and satisfaction. Our goal is to never hear from you! However, if we do hear from you, our legal team wants you to know the following:

Casegoods (Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects)

Dining Room (1yr Warranty against manufacturer defects)

Fireplace Inserts (1yr Warranty against manufacturer defects)

This product is designed for indoor use only and should be kept out of direct sunlight, excessive heat, cold or dampness. Outdoor use or any of such conditions void the manufacturer's warranty.

This product is designed for non-commercial use only. Any commercial use voids the manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and will remain in effect as long as the product is owned by and is in the possession of the original purchaser with the original sales receipt. Any transfer of ownership or possession terminates the warranty.

Legends Furniture assumes no responsibility for damages due to modification, misuse or neglect of this product, any of which conditions void the manufacturer's warranty. Subsequent property damage liability is expressly excluded from this warranty.

All returns must be approved through our authorization system and it is the responsibility of the consumer to provide packaging and transportation back to the factory. Legends Furniture's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to repair of any manufacturer's defect, or in its discretion, replacement of the item with a comparable product. Legends Furniture assumes no liability, and expressly disclaims any responsibility for consequential or incidental damages, except where otherwise provided by law. Legends Furniture reserves the right to modify dimensions, materials, designs, finishes and prices at any time, at its sole discretion.

CAUTION! All casters, excess stain, and sawdust must be removed prior to consumer use. Casters are intended for manufacturing and transport only. Legends Furniture assumes no liability for damage or injury due to failure to remove casters, excess stain, or sawdust.
