Upholstery Warranty         

Frames

Our frames are computer engineered using a combination of hardwoods, plywood and OSB. They are corner blocked, and feature a modular assembly system which allows the customer to remove arms in the case of narrow stairwells and doorways for delivery.  Our frames carry a 3-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser.

Seat Suspension/Springs

We use a sinuous spring seat suspension, and utilize machine applied spring clips with a Nylon lining.  This reduces any squeaking noises, and adds to their longevity. Our springs carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser.

Mechanisms

Our mechanisms used in our sleepers and reclining furniture carry a 3-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser.

Cushions and Pillows

We use high density foam for our cushion cores and engineered polyester fiber wraps to provide the necessary comfort and durability to our seat cushions.  We use 100% polyester staple fiber for our back cushions and pillows.   Normal wear and tear of upholstered cushions and pillows naturally soften the cushions and pillows, and maintenance will require frequent fluffing of the cushions and pillows.  Our Cushions & Pillows carry a 1-Year Warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser.

Fabrics

Our fabrics are all tested for wear and durability and carry a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser.

Labor/Repairs

Our warranty covers the labor and shipping costs of replacements parts for       1-Year from the delivery of the product to the consumer’s home.  Thereafter, labor and shipping will be charged at the prevailing market rates.
