WARRANTY POLICY:
Washington Furn. Sales, LLC has a 1 year warranty from the consumer’s original purchase date on the materials to manufacture Washington upholstery items. We will send replacement parts at no charge for repairs (we do not pay for labor).
This warranty provides coverage to the original consumer purchase only. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. In the event of improper use or damage after the sale, the warranty does not apply. The warranty does not apply if any fabric is treated with Fabric Protectant. This warranty does not apply to merchandise sold As-Is, Floor Models.
PLEASE NOTE:
Unauthorized credits or short payments will be invoiced back to the customer with applicable late fees added to these charges.
