Wood Products:
Products carry a one year limited manufacturer’s warranty starting from date merchandise is received by the A.R.T. dealer. The limited warranty covers any manufacturers defects. The warranty does not cover issues caused by transportation, handling or acts of nature . In addition, the limited warranty does not include normal wear from use of products. Proper maintenance is the responsibility of the products user. In the event that a manufacturers defect is reported to A.R.T. within the coverage time frame, A.R.T. will determine, at its own discretion, to either replace the item promptly or to have the item repaired.
Upholstered Products:
Fully upholstered products carry a five year limited warranty on internal frames and seat deck springs with a one year limited warranty on cushion cores and fabrics or leathers.
