WARRANTY INFORMATION

Frames Limited Lifetime

Frames are under warranty to be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Warranty applies to all sofas, loveseats, chairs, ottomans, and sectionals. Lifetime is the useful life of the product.

Cushioning 3 Years
The seat cushion cores are under warranty for manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase.

Upholstered Fabric
The fabric is to be under warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover tears, pilling, fading, flattening of the nap or shrinking and is not valid when heavy signs of abuse are evident.

Springs 5 Years
The seat springs are under warranty for 5 years from the date of purchase. They are covered against breakage from metal fatigue or from clips coming loose from the frame.

In The Event Of Defects
Warranties are only honored through the retailer to whom Sofamaster sold this product. If the retailer closes its doors we are not responsible for any warranty.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON OUR DOWN COMFORT
 All of the down feathers that we use have been sterilized. They were washed with detergent, rinsed for an hour and then they were dried with steam in a high-temperature dryer at 120 Celsius for 30 min.

We use the highest quality down proof ticking, but you will occasionally see a feather. There isn't a single ticking that will prevent a feather to come through every now and then. The ticking has to have breathe-ability in order for the foam to function properly and give you superb comfort.

We recommend that our seat cushions be turned over every two weeks, this will give them a longer life. We make them reversible so that you can give your seating a longer life.

We recommend that you vacuum your seat cushion every 4 weeks for maximum resiliency.

Down seats and cushions may seem like they are sagging every now and then, this is normal. Feathers and fiber move inside the bag to adjust to your form when you sit down so it is necessary that you fluff the seats, backs, and pillows every 2-3 weeks.
