Washington Furn. Sales, LLC has a 1 year warranty from the consumer’s original purchase date on the materials to manufacture Washington upholstery items. We will send replacement parts at no charge for repairs (we do not pay for labor). A 3% discount allowance is included in our price to allow for any charge backs, returns and labor for repairs. An invoice reflecting the consumer’s original date of purchase is required along with photos supporting the damage must be supplied.
If our customer schedules merchandise to be picked up, damage claims must be filed by the customer with the freight company in which the merchandise was received. Washington is not responsible for damages. Any merchandise shortages or miss shipments must be noted and signed on the freight bill by the driver and receiver. Washington must be notified immediately of any shortages and miss shipments.
This warranty provides coverage to the original consumer purchase only. This warranty does not apply to commercial use. In the event of improper use or damage after the sale, the warranty does not apply. The warranty does not apply if any fabric is treated with Fabric Protectant.
Unauthorized credits or short payments will be invoiced back to the customer with applicable late fees added to these charges.
