Bob Mills Furniture makes it simple to start a warranty claim with the manufacturer and we’re here to help you through every step.

Your Solution Center Specialist will request a few photos of the issue to help determine if the issue is covered by the manufacturer
Once your claim is approved:
- Your specialist will determine if we need to order parts right away or send out a technician for further inspection or repair.
- If parts are needed they will be ordered which could take additional time if they are coming from overseas.
- Once parts arrive, a technician will install the parts to complete repair.
- There are certain things a manufacturer covers and some things that are not covered. Keep in mind that different manufacturers cover different issues as well as parts for different amounts of time.
Some things a manufacturer cover include:
- Frame breakage
- Springs & Seating Cushions
- Fabric & Leather (For 1 year)
- Motors & Mechanisms
- Labor (For 1 year)
Things not covered by manufactures are:
- Improper Use
- Fading or discoloration
- Normal wear and tear
- Pilling, Wrinkling
- Softening & Flattening of Seat Cushions
