Bob Mills Furniture makes it simple to start a warranty claim with the manufacturer and we’re here to help you through every step.

If at any time service becomes necessary, simply call our Solution Center at 405-947-6500.

Your Solution Center Specialist will request a few photos of the issue to help determine if the issue is covered by the manufacturer

Once your claim is approved:

  • Your specialist will determine if we need to order parts right away or send out a technician for further inspection or repair.
  • If parts are needed they will be ordered which could take additional time if they are coming from overseas.
  • Once parts arrive, a technician will install the parts to complete repair.
  • There are certain things a manufacturer covers and some things that are not covered. Keep in mind that different manufacturers cover different issues as well as parts for different amounts of time.

Some things a manufacturer cover include:

  1. Frame breakage
  2. Springs & Seating Cushions
  3. Fabric & Leather (For 1 year)
  4. Motors & Mechanisms
  5. Labor (For 1 year)

Things not covered by manufactures are:

  1. Improper Use
  2. Fading or discoloration
  3. Normal wear and tear
  4. Pilling, Wrinkling
  5. Softening & Flattening of Seat Cushions
